As a company, we are closely monitoring the rapid developments related to the COVID-19 virus. It is very hard to predict the impact of such a virus as it is likely to affect each country differently, depending on travel habits, consumer awareness and local medical facilities.
Currently, the UK has decided to allow businesses to remain open and we are fully utilising this time in fulfilling orders and reviewing our procedures. Therefore, in the event of a lockdown, we can continue to deliver uninterrupted service and support to our customers. All our staff have highly secured remote working capabilities and full access to all our systems should the need arise in the event our offices closing.
Due to the geographically diverse supply chain we employ, we currently see no issues with maintaining supply to our customers. In addition to this, we hold very high levels of stock in our warehouse located in Portsmouth, UK.
Given the constraints on flight schedules and courier operating capacities, there may be a slight delay on some products; especially if they are being sourced from further afield.
