These HITAG 2 Tear Keyfobs are a robust, low-cost solution for customers wanting to get away from standard ISO-sized cards. The fob measures only 53 x 33mm with a black outer housing and a white circular face to make personalisation easily visible. They can be fully personalised with either a full colour or single colour logo or card number or both. They are made from a strong Polycarbonate and can be easily threaded to a keyring.

  • Identification transponder for use in contactless applications
  • Operating frequency 125 kHz
  • Data transmission and energy supply via RF link, no internal battery
  • Non-volatile memory of 256 bits (128-bit user data and 128-bit control data/secret memory)
  • Organized in 8 pages, 4 bytes each
  • 10 years non-volatile data retention
  • 100000 erase/write cycles
  • Selective read/write protection of memory content
  • Mutual authentication function
