The Gemini xPad Reader provides wireless communication with a variety of smart card standards through 13.56 MHz NFC technology. The Gemini X1 xPAd gives more security, due to the built-in keypad feature for pin entry,enabling a two factor authentification.

The reader provides great flexibility for custom development as it supports the proprietary G2K API. The API allows for control over the reader and makes the programming of complex solutions a far easier and more simple task. The User interaction with this reader is both simple and comfortable thanks to the design of the xPad being comapct and ergonamic, along with a 15 button keypad and personalised messages being displayed clearly on two lines.
