Complementing the existing 5427CK card reader, the Omnikey 5127CK mini CCID & keyboard wedge reader board enables integrators to design finished readers without the need to install or maintain drivers. This eliminates complex software lifecycle management issues and accelerates the time to market. These finished devices are commonly used in printers, copiers, vending machines and access control systems.

Its compact design and small footprint conveniently allow for installation in space-constrained environments. Its triple frequency capability (13.46MHz, 125KHz and Bluetooth Smart) enables simultaneous support for low and high-frequency credentials. This includes iCLASS Seos®, HID Prox®, iCLASS SE®, MIFARE Classic® and MIFARE® DESFire® EV1. It also supports NFC and Bluetooth for mobile devices.

The Omnikey 5127CK benefits from multi-interface support including CCID, keyboard wedge and UART interfaces. This enables various flexible integration options for a wide range of applications.
